Overall, it can be opined that the Jackson Hole market has reached a bottom and is experiencing a stabilization of prices. The following statistics are signaling the bottom: 1) Three quarters of increasing number of sales 2) Two quarters of decreasing inventory (down 34% since June 2009), and 3) Three quarters of increased properties under contract at the end of each quarter."
